Lot types
At MotorCoach Resort Lake Erie Shores, we're dedicated to offering a variety of comfortable RV lots for rent, tailored to suit your unique motorcoach lifestyle. Each lot features thoughtful landscaping with varying scenic views. Lots have a level 70' x 20' cement pad, with water, sewer, and electric hook ups. Almost all lots are pull-in. We provide high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, with each lot having its own network. Don't forget to get around our community and head to Breakwater Beach, Geneva State Park Marina, and the Village of Geneva-on-the-Lake by car, bike, or golf cart.
Classic Lots
Overview
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the sights and sounds of our luxury class a motorcoach resort nestled in a nature preserve. Choose the lot that best suits you, whether that is in an open meadow preserve area, up along the Geneva State Park woodlands or right against one of our resort lakes and ponds.

These lots provide a bistro table and two chairs.
Rates
Classic lots range in price from $79-$159 per night. The rates fluctuate based on the time of year and the day of the week. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $25. All lot rentals require guests to travel in a Class A Motorcoach, with a maximum of 6 guests per lot.
Classic Premium Lots
Overview
Embrace lakeside luxury with views of our resort lakes and pond, open preserve meadows or the Geneva State Park woodlands while at our luxury class a motorcoach resort.
Additional Features
These upgraded lots vary and feature an additional patio space built onto/near the pad with a gas firepit and premium seating. Some have a second patio with dining or lounger furniture and some boast water features!
Rates
Classic Premium lots range in price from $139-$269 per night. The rates fluctuate based on the time of year and the day of the week. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $50. All lot rentals require guests to travel in a Class A Motorcoach, with a maximum of 6 guests per lot.

Pickleball Courts
Engage in some friendly competition on our well-maintained Pickleball courts. We provide complementary Pickleball paddles and balls for our guests and residents to borrow.
Complimentary Bike & E-Bike
Hit the pavement and take one of our many bikes for a spin. Choose from electric bikes, adult cruiser bikes, children’s bikes, and tandem bike.
Pool & Hot Tub
Use the tanning ledge or hit the hot tub at the MCRLES pool. While there, take shade in our large pavilion area and stream a game or your favorite show on the TV. We also have lawn chess and checkers near the pool deck!
Clubhouse
Find everything you need at the Clubhouse. From lounges, a Bier Garden, theater, fitness center, community kitchen, complimentary bottled water, and more, it’s the perfect place to gather with friends old and new!
Wine Shuttle
Wine Shuttles operated daily by The Lodge At Geneva-on-the-Lake. Pick-up and drop-off provided at the clubhouse for our guests and residents 20 minutes before the tour start time. Make sure to mention you are a guest of MCRLES when calling to reserve your wine shuttle.
Golf Cart
Explore our luxurious grounds in comfort. Make sure to use the Lake Erie Shores golf cart rental link so that we can schedule to have your golf cart delivered to your lot.
